Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Appart’City Confort Strasbourg Centre? It’s actually tucked away on this quiet side street – rue de Molsheim – which honestly makes all the difference when you’re trying to sleep after a day of wandering around the city. I mean, you’re still right in the thick of things (the cathedral’s maybe a 10-minute walk), but you’re not dealing with the chaos of the main tourist drags. The building itself has that practical French apartment vibe – nothing fancy, but everything works exactly like it should.
The rooms are what I’d call “smartly designed” rather than spacious. They’ve got these little kitchenettes that are actually useful, not just for show – I’m talking a proper fridge, decent stovetop, enough counter space to actually prep something. Perfect if you’ve been living on restaurant meals for days and just want to grab some cheese and bread from the Monoprix down the street. The beds are surprisingly comfortable for a 3-star place, and here’s something nobody mentions but matters: the water pressure is solid and the shower gets properly hot. Sometimes it’s the simple things, you know? The Wi-Fi works well too, which – let’s be honest – can be hit or miss in these older buildings.
What really sold me on this place was how it fits into the neighborhood. You’ve got locals doing their actual shopping around here, not just tourist stuff. There’s this little bakery two blocks over where the woman behind the counter will absolutely judge your French pronunciation, but her croissants are worth the mild embarrassment. And if you’re heading to Petite France (which, obviously you are), it’s an easy walk without having to navigate through the crazy busy pedestrian zones. The staff speaks decent English, but they appreciate when you at least try with French – standard Strasbourg etiquette, really. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they actually gave useful recommendations instead of just pointing to a tourist map. The 7.8 rating feels about right – it’s not going to wow you with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. If you want to feel like you’re staying in the city rather than just visiting it, this place gets the balance right.
Apartments in Strasbourg provide travelers with an authentic local experience, allowing them to shop at traditional markets and cook with fresh ingredients from the renowned Alsatian culinary traditions.

Reviews
A clean, cool, comfortable apartment close to transport with helpful staff and charged parking. – Rosalind from United Kingdom – 16 July 2025 (8/10)
Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk.
The self-catering apartment was clean and cool because the air conditioning had been turned on before we arrived.
Since it was very hot during out stay having air conditioning was wonderful – probably essential – since we could not open the windows.
Great location close to trams and buses which go straight into Strasbourg.
What could be improved: A more detailed explanation and map about where the parking for the hotel is would have been useful, since there are a lot of one-way streets around the hotel. We had to find parking in the street, then talk to reception, then move the car to the hotel parking. This was rather tiring because it was very hot. Also, the website didn't say that we had to pay extra for parking – (15 euros per day) .We only received a message about this after we had booked.Very good option next to the centre – Jerin from Spain – 4 July 2025 (9/10)
– Very good value for money.
What could be improved: – Small kitchen.Great place to visit the city centre of strasbourg – Christelle from Luxembourg – 26 June 2025 (9/10)
Great location – simple but well equipped and practical
Confortable but without charm – Jean-rené from Finland – 11 June 2025 (9/10)
Room is large and kitchen corner has the basic utensils, but nothing extra (salt, oil, paper napkins,, etc).
Breakfast is OK.
What could be improved: Access to the parking is not very clear. The parking is near the hotel but in a one way street. You have to go around a large block of houses to access the gate with a magnetic card. So first, you have to get the card and there no way to park momentarily in front of the hotel.
Room with no decoration, no charm.Nice apartments with common facilities – Filipa from Germany – 6 June 2025 (8/10)
It's like a big hostel, but with apartments for families. Common dining room, reception and cleaning service. Apartments are simple but comfortable and they have the basics.
Location is the closes to city center without being kn the city center, which is more expensive.
Overall super recommended.
What could be improved: The only tricky thing is that the access from both the street and the parking lot is through stairs. With luggage and/or stroller was not easy.
Inside the building there is an elevator.Very good – Joanne from United Kingdom – 26 April 2025 (8/10)
Good location, short walk to Grand Ile & Petite France. Tram station outside hotel. Bar & convenience store across the street. We had a family room which was adequate for our needs.
Staff helpful. Parking at the back of the property.
What could be improved: Kitchen area very small. Could have made another storage shelf in the kitchen area. We had food stored in bags on the floor. A toaster would be useful.Great location – Daiane from Australia – 22 April 2025 (8/10)
The location was great. It was nice and comfortable.
Very good – Dmitry from Hungary – 9 March 2025 (8/10)
Amazing location and good parking
Nice and quiet spot to explore Strasbourg – Gerry from New Zealand – 3 March 2025 (9/10)
We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom compared to the one we booked which was amazing. The apartment was right by the tram stop which was great. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us and the kitchen facilities were great for self-catering. Staff were professional and friendly.
The location was walking distance to town or a short tram ride away. The location was nice and quiet with a little supermarket nearby. Not many cafes nearby though.
There was a self-service washing machine and dryer but the app did not work when I was there.Good budget option – Michael from United Kingdom – 21 February 2025 (7/10)
Good location, good value for money
What could be improved: Apartments are very basic
