The buffet setup covers all the bases — continental options, vegetarian choices, and they actually have proper gluten-free selections (not just an afterthought). I particularly liked that they use local ingredients where possible, and the coffee is strong enough to get you moving. The breakfast room gets busy around 8:30, so if you prefer a quieter start, aim for earlier or after 9:30.

  This is a pleasant and very clean hotel just a block from the train station, so very easy to get to when arriving or departing. The room was quite large and had a very nice street view. I thought it was a great value, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the room and my stay. Would definitely recommend if coming in via train.

  What could be improved: Shower controls hard to operate with wet hands and shower floor was slippery when wet. Glass shelf over the bathroom washhand basin interfering with use of the tap. Basin plug leaked badly.
