This place on Allée Charles Perrault is actually a gem, and honestly, whoever named it just wanted to make sure you knew exactly what you’re getting and where everything is nearby. And you know what? They weren’t wrong about any of it.

I mean, finding a proper 80-square-meter apartment in Strasbourg that doesn’t feel cramped is already a win, but this one actually delivers on the “double séjour” promise – there’s genuinely space to spread out, whether you’re traveling with family or just want room to breathe after a day of wandering around the city. The location is sort of perfect if you think about it – you’re in this quiet residential area (Allée Charles Perrault feels worlds away from tourist chaos), but you can literally walk to Gare Centrale in about ten minutes when you need to catch a train. The Zénith is right there too, which is clutch if you’re in town for a concert or event.

Here’s what I really appreciated though – the apartment feels like someone actually lives there, not like a sterile hotel room. The kitchen is properly equipped (I made coffee every morning and even attempted some Alsatian groceries from the nearby Monoprix), and those double living areas mean you can actually relax without feeling like you’re camping in a bedroom. The neighborhood itself is this interesting mix – you’ve got the hospital nearby, which sounds weird but actually means the area is well-connected and safe, plus there are these little bistros and bakeries that clearly serve locals, not just tourists. I grabbed croissants from this tiny place around the corner that probably doesn’t even have a name, but the owner remembered my order by day three.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night – you’re close enough to the center that you can walk to Petite France or the cathedral district (maybe 20 minutes on foot through some lovely streets), but far enough out that you’re not dealing with late-night party noise or constant tram sounds. Though honestly, Strasbourg’s trams are pretty quiet anyway. The building itself feels solid, not like those renovated places where you can hear every footstep from upstairs. Check-in was smooth too – none of that awkward key-passing or meeting in random parking lots that you sometimes get with apartment rentals. And speaking of parking, there’s actually decent street parking around there, which anyone who’s driven in Strasbourg will tell you is basically a miracle. That 9.4 rating makes total sense when you factor in all these little things that just work properly. It’s the kind of place where you forget you’re staying in a rental because everything feels natural and well-thought-out.

  It was a beautiful, modern and spacious apartment. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen were all perfect. The location was perfect: there was a tram stop a few minutes walk, or the Park+Ride was only 10 minutes drive away (and an insanely cheap 5 EUR for the car and unlimited tram travel for everyone), and was only a few stops direct to the centre. Parking for the flat was just outside and free.

  住宿停车就在楼下，步行距离可以到达大型超市，房间宽敞舒适，厨房各种器具非常齐全。退房当天清洗餐具时不小心打碎一个玻璃杯，房主也很宽容。
