The cathedral is maybe a three-minute stroll, Petite France is an easy walk, and you’re surrounded by those half-timbered houses that look like they’re straight out of a fairy tale. I actually love that couples rate this place so highly — there’s something romantic about wandering these medieval streets and then having a cozy base to return to. The location score of 9.5 isn’t just marketing fluff; it’s genuinely that well-positioned.

The rooms at Tonneliers strike a nice balance between modern comfort and local character. Each room I’ve seen has been thoughtfully designed — not overly fancy, but with those little touches that show someone cares about the details. Sure, you might hear some street sounds, but that’s part of the charm when you’re staying in the heart of a living, breathing old city.

While the hotel doesn’t have its own full restaurant, you’re honestly spoiled for choice with what’s right outside your door. There are traditional winstubs (those cozy Alsatian taverns) within a stone’s throw, plus cafés where you can grab a proper French breakfast if you want to venture out.   Posizione fantastica nel cuore di Strasburgo con vista sulla Cattedrale.

  Un super logement à 2 pas de la cathédrale. Nous n'avons rencontré personne, mais c'était facile de trouver les clés. Très grandes pièces, cuisine, salon, chambre, salle de bain. Propreté parfaite (on voit souvent ça à l'éclat de la robinetterie!), cuisine très bien équipée, Salon confortable, lits et literie excellents.

  Die Lage war super. Zentraler geht es nicht! Schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toller Ausblick mit Blick auf den Münster! Die Betten waren bequem. Es gab ausreichend Kaffee für die Nespresso- Maschine.
  
  What could be improved: Für drei Personen, die nicht zu einer Familie gehören, ist es etwas ungünstig, da das Bad/ die Toilette nur über das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen ist. Man muss, wenn man im Wohnzimmer auf der Schlafcouch schläft, durch das Schlafzimmer durchgehen, um auf die Toilette zu kommen. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein für mehr als zwei Personen. Drei Teelöffel und drei kleine Tassen waren etwas wenig. Da die Wohnung so zentral liegt, ist es abends und nachts sehr laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man aber gut schlafen.
