  Very interesting location, full house with good space and with recent renewals.

  What could be improved: The way to the house from the garage can be a bit tricky at night, not enough light and muddy/rocky way, Hard to bring rolling suitcases.
  very narrow staircase to the bedrooms, so ended up leaving the suitcase in the living room and just bringing up the necessary. Consider this if traveling with kids 😉

  What could be improved: A bit of a lapse in communication. They were very good about telling us about the house alarm code but neglected to tell us the code for the lock box.

  What could be improved: The persistent smell of mold allover the old house, humidity and lot of mosquitos. Spider nets in the corners. Unsanitary basement. No ventilation, no AC. We couldn't stay there and left.

  Good location, very nice house and garden, good transport into old town.
  
  What could be improved: Key pickup was bad, information was sent too late. We booked for 3 days, but access is only from 17:00 hours (keys arrived at 18:15) whereas exit was 10:00 hours, unfair at least.
  
  The house was extremely hot almost throughout our stay, only fans were provided, but AC is needed, at least upstairs. A folder with instructions regarding TV, internet, garbage etc. should be provided, as is usual in most places. A small issue: no tea towels in kitchen.
