What couples seem to really appreciate is how romantic the neighborhood gets in the evening when the street lamps come on and the tourist crowds thin out. I’ve noticed that the location score of 9.2 isn’t just marketing fluff — you really are positioned perfectly to explore without dealing with trams or taxis constantly.

The Rooms

The rooms themselves lean into that intimate, refined aesthetic the name suggests. They’re not huge — this is historic Strasbourg, after all — but they’re thoughtfully designed with modern touches that work well against the building’s traditional bones. The bathrooms are particularly well done, and you’ll find those little details that make a difference after a long day of sightseeing. What struck me most was how quiet everything stays despite being right in the center of town.   I really wish there were more places like these, honestly. It's an amazing place with a great passion to detail, located really central. The check-in was great, all via a door code, uncomplicated. We were in Strasbourg for a concert and only arrived at 11pm. So a late check-in wasn't a problem at all. The jacuzzi worked perfectly, even late at night still. Also, the water vapour fireplace were easy to use. A highlight for me was definitely the sound system to play music accross the whole room. And unlike some other dungeons without windows, the ventilation worked perfect. I haven't had the feeling that there wasn't enough air. Really happy about the experience, and it was overall very modern.
  
  What could be improved: I would have wished to receive some details days before our arrival so I could have planned it better, but it's okay. In the end all worked as expected.
