  The building is beautiful and in a great location . The welcome was warm and friendly I had a lovely room very comfortable. I paid to use the spa which was fabulous after a day sightseeing.   The location is good for city center, food and beverage places are very close. Room design is simple and relaxing. There is a big park place which is closed area (with payment) very near with 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast is standart according to other hotels. Staffs are very polite and helpful.   The hotel is situated very centrally in Strasbourg, only a short walk from the old town and amazing cathedral. The rooms were Big, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna after a long drive in our car. The service was great.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately we forgot a jacket in our room when we left, and it seems to have been stolen. We have not been able to retrieve it.
