• Sehr gute Unterkunft für den Kurzurlaub mit Kindern – Marina from Germany – 3 January 2025 (9/10)

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut für Familien mit Kinder geeignet. Neben der guten Küchenausstattung gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Spielen, der Spielplatz ist direkt unter dem Balkon. Es ist genügend Platz zum Ausruhen, zum Essen und im Badezimmer ist auch alles Notwendiges vorhanden. Besonders günstig ist die Bus-Haltestelle direkt vom Haus. Mit dem Bus ist man tatsächlich in 10 min beim Hauptbahnhof und in der Fußgängerzone. Der Platz in der Garage ist direkt neben dem Aufzug, sodass man die Taschen sehr bequem aus- und laden kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Danke!
  
  What could be improved: Alles in einem war gut. Ein wenig Schwierigkeiten hatten wir mit der App zum Öffnen der Tür, weil man für die Nutzung der App die Standortermittlung "immer" erlauben sollte. Aber danach haben wir die App deinstalliert, alle gut.

  Апартаменти розташовані у тихому, спальному районі. Поблизу (біля 2 км) є супермаркет Lidl. Просторе, чисте помешкання у новобудові з усім необхідним для проживання родини з дітьми. Бонусом є паркін на -1 поверсі цієї будівлі. Поряд є автобусна зупинка, що дає можливість швидко (15 хв) добратися до центру міста. Власниця помешкання – Світлана, привітна та доброзичлива, завжди готова допомогти. Я рекомендую цей варіант проживання.

  Das Apartment ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und die Gastgeber sehr engagiert und freundlich.
  Der dazugehörige, kostenlose Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist natürlich prima!
  Das Apartment befindet sich in einem Neubaukomplex und eine sehr gut bebilderte PDF mit allen wichtigen Informationen rund um das Apartment (Ankunft, Check-In, Abreise, Parkplatz, Codesystem,…) und sogar Bäckereiempfehlungen und Empfehlungen für andere Lokalitäten wird einem von den Gastgebern zur Verfügung gestellt.
  
  What could be improved: Wir hatten anfangs ein paar Schwierigkeiten mit dem von den Gastgebern jüngst installierten autonomen Check-In-System, weil Codes nicht ganz funktioniert hatten. ABER: Nach einem Anruf bei der Gastgeberin hat sie sich ganz hervorragend, geduldig und freundlich um die Lösung gekümmert, und nach wenigen Minuten waren wir dann drin. Die Lage ist zwar recht zentrumsnah, aber in einem eher sehr einfachen Viertel Strasbourgs Richtung Stadtrand.
  Dennoch empfehlenswert aufgrund der guten Kombination aus Preis, Parkplatz, super Apartment und sehr netten, engagierten Gastgebern!

  Appartement très confortable. Bien équipé et bien agencé Accès avec télécommande, facile et sécurisé dans le parking souterrain. Génial surtout quand il pleut. La place de parking est juste à coté de l’ascenseur. Transport en commun à 50 mètres. Proche du centre de Strasbourg.

  We found the best place to stay in Strasbourg. The apartment was spotless clean, very spacious, and very comfortable.
  It is very well equipped and everything is new.
  The location is great as well, only 10 minutes drive or by public transport from the city centre. The underground parking was great to have, as you don't have to worry about where to park.
  Last but not least, the host was very kind and helpful. This will be our first choice from now on when coming to Strasbourg!

  Nous avons adoré cet appartement : Très moderne, spacieux, calme, superbement équipé, emplacement face à la station de transport ARAGO (10 minutes du centre), le parking privé en sous-sol.
  Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été de très bonne qualité et l’accueil parfaitement orchestré. Svetlana nous a donné de bonnes recommandations et a fait de notre séjour un excellent moment. Merci !
