  Location was perfect. Grocery store on the next corner and right behind the Duomo! Great spot for Christmas markets. Owner was very good with communication. I just wish there was a number on the door to know it’s on the first floor. My favorite hotel out of 3 on my trip.
  
  What could be improved: At first I was worried about the entrance but that is just that, the entrance!! Once you get to the door and inside. It’s a beautiful place with amazingly comfy beds and extra pads for couches! Slept very well here.

  The operator excused himself for a wrong description, however this is really bad.
  We stayed there with two couples. One couple had to sleep in the hall which you have to pass to go to toilette or leaving the apartment. Not ok for this price, this feels more like a hostel.
  
  I asked the operator for a refund since this was his fault, but he only offered 50€ which is only 6% of what we paid.
  
  I really travel a lot, never experienced this.
  
  General conditions of the apartment: Some power outlets were hanging out of the wall, and wooden panels were missing in the kitchen, … see pictures below.
