  La disponibilité du propriétaire et sa réactivité.
  Le lit et l'ambiance étaient au rendez-vous. Une atmosphère romantique comme on le souhaite.
  Une douche spacieuse et confortable.
  Le jaccuzi (une fois propre) est très agréable et spacieux et le confort est adaptable avec les jets à puissance variable, la température variable et les bulles.
  La climatisation réversible est un point positif aussi.
  
  What could be improved: Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'état du jaccuzi à notre arrivée. Le système de verrouillage automatique de la porte d'entrée fonctionnait de façon aléatoire donc pas évident en quittant l'appartement. Aussi dans la description des équipements il est indiqué qu'il y a un grille-pain mais nous ne l'avons pas trouvé. Niveau insonorisation ça laisse à désirer quand les voisins sont bruyants.

  L'ambiance générale dégagée par le logement, la décoration, la qualité des équipements (cuisine, douche, plafond lumineux…), le rapport qualité prix, l'emplacement à 10min du centre en voiture, la facilité pour se stationner près du logement…

  What could be improved: Le jacuzzi (qui était un critère de choix) éteint au disjoncteur à notre arrivée !
  
  Résultat : température a 22 degrés… bien loin de ce que l'on peut attendre de ce genre d'équipement, mis en chauffe immédiatement, sans surprise il ne fut pas a une température acceptable avant de longues heures.. nous n'avons pas pu en profiter comme nous l'aurions aimé.

  El departamento es amplio, luminoso con panaderías y supermercados cercanos. El acceso fue muy fácil con código, la zona es tranquila.
  
  What could be improved: El jacuzzi estaba sucio y el agua olía mal, no lo usamos por las mañanas tienen música en el departamento de al lado a un volumen alto.
