Krutenau has this village-within-a-city vibe that most visitors completely miss because they stick to the cathedral area and Petite France. From here, you can walk to the Ill riverbank in literally two minutes – perfect for morning runs or evening strolls when the light hits the water just right. The tram stop at Porte de l’Hôpital is close enough to be convenient but far enough that you won’t deal with that constant rumbling sound. And honestly? The 7.8 rating feels about right – it’s really good without being perfect. Sometimes the WiFi gets a bit temperamental (though it always came back), and if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, those triplex stairs might give you a workout. But these are minor things when you’re getting such an authentic slice of Strasbourg life. Plus, parking around here is actually manageable compared to the tourist zones, which anyone who’s driven in European city centers will appreciate.

    Well equipped kitchen. Spacious apartment with two balconies. Secure bike storage. Bakery around the corner.

    What could be improved: Key pickup required a 10 minute trip to location of automated key lockers. When returning keys, lockers were out of service, so had to retrace step to leave keys in apartment. Second bedroom is rather cramped with sloped ceiling (but workable).

    The situation was ideal. Walking distance to the centre and the garage to park our car was most appreciated. The instructions were extremely detailed and made it easy to be there.

    What could be improved: I would suggest two things: a cutting board (so people do not cut directly on the counter) and notification that the parking entryway is tight. A large car (style Range Rover, which is not our case) would not fit.

    The property is good, nice apartment, quite clean, good location.

    What could be improved: I missed some items as placemats, blankets, more pillows. The communication with the staff was good, but was difficult to get in. You have to pick up the keys a little bit far from the apartment, we were with our car, so was not a problem, but consider it if you are going by train, taxi… the instructions to get into the apartment was in a link that was not opening for me, so I had to send a few messages to the admin to ask the number of the apartment, the spot in the garage, the WiFi password…

    Bon emplacement, garage, propre. Très satisfaite des prestations pour le prix demandé. Super terrasses avec vue.

    What could be improved: Chambres dans les toits, peut devenir chaud en été. Clé à récupérer à 10min à pieds de l'appartement. Serrure difficile.
    Paiement à faire sur le site de l'agence directement, ce qui est surprenant, mais tout s'est bien passé.

    Die getrennten Schlafzimmer waren super. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Und die Lage der Wohnung war ideal. Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe.

    What could be improved: Die Parkhauseinfahrt war etwas abenteuerlich, aber mit Hilfe kommt man gut rein und raus. Hauptsache man konnte sein Auto abstellen. Die steilen Treppen sind für Rentner nicht unbedingt geeignet.

    L'appartement traversant est joli, sur trois niveaux, avec un beau point de vue de chaque côté. Il est propre et juste à côté de l'université, et surplombe une rue avec quelques restaurants/bars.

    What could be improved: La clé doit être récupérée dans une laverie relativement éloignée (10 min de marche), ce qui n'est pas très pratique si l'on est à pied avec ses bagages. La chambre d'en haut est sous les pentes de toits, il y fait donc un peu chaud en été. Les serrures de WC/salle de bain ne ferment pas.
