What I really appreciated was being able to duck back to the apartment between sightseeing sessions, especially when my feet started complaining after wandering around Petite France all morning.

The room I stayed in was more like a proper studio apartment, which makes sense given the name. There’s a decent kitchen setup — not huge, but functional enough that I could make coffee in the morning and store leftovers from those massive Alsatian portions you get at local restaurants. The space feels bigger than typical hotel rooms, probably because they’ve designed it more like an actual living space rather than just somewhere to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and I actually liked having a proper seating area where I could spread out with my laptop.

Practical Considerations

Here’s what you should know about the practicalities — parking in this part of Strasbourg is, well, let’s just say it’s challenging. But honestly, once you’re here, you won’t need a car anyway. The tram system is excellent, and if you’re flying in, the airport shuttle stops nearby. I found the staff helpful when I needed recommendations, though don’t expect round-the-clock concierge service — this isn’t that kind of place. The building can get a bit noisy since you’re right in the city center, but that’s sort of the trade-off for being so centrally located.

What really works about this place is that it gives you the independence of having your own space while keeping you right in the thick of things.   Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy, w ciągu minuty odpowiadał na każde nasze pytanie.Mieszkanie faktycznie dość stare ale było czysto i było wszystko co potrzebne.Parking pod drzwiami był bez problemu dostępny…nieopodal również parkingi podziemne w weekendy bezpłatne nie mieliśmy żadnego problemu z parkingiem.Jeśli chodzi o lokalizację to faktycznie jest wspaniała.Lapetite France, katedra oraz najbardziej turystyczne uliczki dosłownie o krok.

  The first floor unit is on a well lit street, very close to public transportation and major shopping sites. An excellent restaurant is right outside the unit. Alvaro was a responsive host, and the unit was very clean.

  L’emplacement est hyper-central , à 3 mn à pied de la place centrale de Strasbourg. L’appartement est fonctionnel, simple mais avec un petit charme. Beau volume dans la pièce de vie, avec des grandes fenêtres. C’était propre. Le lit confortable. Salle de bain avec baignoire (mais petite !). Le propriétaire était efficace et aimable. Un bon rapport qualité/prix !
  
  What could be improved: La cage d’escalier de l’immeuble mériterait une rénovation ! La vue donne sur une ruelle, pas très agréable(mais pas de vis-à-vis direct).
