Here’s what I love about this location — you can walk to Petite France in about ten minutes, the cathedral is maybe fifteen minutes on foot, and the European Parliament is just a quick tram ride away. But you know what’s really smart about staying here? You’re right where all the transport connects, so day trips to the Alsace wine route or even hopping over to Germany become ridiculously easy. The area around the hotel has that nice mix of local cafes and practical shops, so it feels like a real neighborhood rather than some touristy bubble.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in had this boutique hotel vibe down perfectly — not trying too hard to be trendy, but definitely thoughtful in its design. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which honestly can be hit or miss with some of these smaller properties. The windows were properly soundproofed too, which matters when you’re this close to a major train station. I actually slept really well, and the bathroom was one of those compact but cleverly designed spaces that French hotels do so well.

The breakfast situation here really impressed me — they’ve got this buffet setup that covers pretty much every dietary need you can think of. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options all clearly marked, plus they’ll do breakfast to go if you’re catching an early train. The coffee was actually good too, which you can’t always count on.

  Lovely, modern boutique hotel with ECO ethos.
  Very friendly and helpful staff members who all took the time to speak to us.

  The room was modern and was a good size for a double. Super-comfy large bed.
  The air-con was AMAZING in 32°+ heat.

  Lovely public areas…bar, library, outdoor patio. All beautifully and tastefully decorated.
  The whole hotel was clean and well looked after.
