The neighborhood has this lovely mix of local cafes and shops that locals actually use, plus you’re near enough to the European Quarter that business travelers don’t feel isolated. Couples seem to particularly love this area, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about these tree-lined streets that feels authentically Alsatian.

The rooms at Embassy Corner strike that perfect balance between modern comfort and local character. Mine had these lovely touches that felt distinctly Strasbourg without going overboard on the regional theme — you know what I mean, where hotels sometimes try too hard with the décor. The space was well-designed, with enough room to actually unpack and settle in, which isn’t always a given in European city hotels. What really impressed me was the attention to practical details — good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets, and a bathroom that didn’t require contortionist skills to use the shower.

  It was a good size for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable. It was a sort walk to all services and only 2 kms to the centre of town which was a nice walk.

  Very clean and nice decorated apartment. 20 minutes by foot from city centre. Very quiet and nice area. The owner was very responsive and provided very good instructions to enter the house.
  
  What could be improved: The central heating in the apartment was preset by the owners at 19 degrees, without the option to adjust it. Additionally, one of the bedrooms had a broken radiator, which was replaced with an electric heater. As for the crockery (plates, cups, and mugs), it felt as though mismatched pieces were gathered from elsewhere and placed in this apartment. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the overall value for the price we paid compared to what was provided.

  We stayed in this apartment and absolutely loved it! It’s a cozy and beautifully designed place with very friendly and welcoming hosts. The location is excellent – close to the city center but on a quiet and charming street. The courtyard is fantastic, and our kids had a wonderful time playing there. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the entire apartment is spotless and comfortable. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.
