Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Charming Apartment with JACUZZI” in the name, I was expecting some sketchy situation. But this place on Rue de la Course actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked up on the sixth floor (there’s an elevator, thank god), and the moment you walk in, you realize someone put real thought into this space. The jacuzzi isn’t some afterthought crammed into a corner – it’s properly integrated into what feels like an actual apartment, not a hotel room pretending to be one.
The location is honestly perfect if you know Strasbourg at all. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Gare Centrale, which means you can stumble out of a late train and be soaking in that jacuzzi within minutes. But here’s the thing most people don’t realize – this street is just far enough from the main tourist chaos around the cathedral that you’ll actually sleep at night. I mean, you can still walk to Petite France in maybe fifteen minutes, but you’re not dealing with those groups of students stumbling around at 2 AM. The building itself is typically Alsatian, all that beautiful stonework, though I’ll warn you the hallways are a bit dim and old-school European (which honestly adds to the charm if you’re into that).
What really sold me was the attention to detail inside. The jacuzzi is the obvious star – properly hot, good jets, and positioned so you can actually relax without feeling like you’re in some weird bachelor pad setup. But it’s the little things that matter: the kitchen actually has everything you need if you grab groceries from the Monoprix down the street, the shower pressure is surprisingly good for a sixth-floor apartment, and there’s this great natural light in the morning. The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but it delivers exactly what it promises. You know what I really appreciated? The host clearly lives in Strasbourg and knows the neighborhood. They’ll tell you which boulangerie opens earliest (crucial information) and that the tram stop on Avenue de la Forêt-Noire is actually closer than it looks on the map. During Christmas market season this place books up fast, and honestly, I get why – imagine coming back from a day of fighting crowds and vin chaud overload to your own private jacuzzi. Even in regular months, it’s just a solid choice for couples or anyone who wants to feel like they’re living in Strasbourg rather than just passing through.
Visitors often choose Strasbourg apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent European capital.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay – Venkata from Germany – 8 June 2025 (10/10)
I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this apartment. The location is very convenient — it’s close to the train station and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to get around the city.
The apartment itself was clean and well-furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking simple meals. The bathroom was spacious and nicely maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The only minor downside was that the surrounding area and the roads leading to the apartment were a bit shabby. However, once inside, the apartment was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and well-equipped.
Overall, a great value for the price. I’d be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay.Nice appartment, super nice host, but a "rough" street (when we stayed there). – Pernille from Denmark – 20 July 2025 (7/10)
We had a nice stay in the beautifully decorated apartment, and our host was nice and helpful. The beds and the sleepingcouch were good. Nice with the fans for ventilation on the hot summerdays
What could be improved: The appartment is located close to everything, which is really nice. A walking distance away from all you want to see.
But the the neighbourhood/street is not good. On our way to/from the inner city, we had to pass groups of young people (and no I don't hate young people 🙂 I'm quite a fan actually), who vere in a very loud and semi-aggressive mood. Our own teenagers felt very uneasy. Our last night we were trapped in huge fist fight in the street, which ended with police and ambulances.
The location, our host, and the appartment is fine, but maybe you shouldn't bring your own young people.Comodidad y centricidad. – Andrés from Mexico – 27 June 2025 (10/10)
El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de tren y el lugar es muy accesible y cómodo.
