  The apartment is quite spacious.It has a good location with free parking,however, it is hard to get a space.
  
  What could be improved: Very noisy wooden floor, when one person gets up you can hear every step. The apartment needs renovation, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. Poor communication: There is a kettle on the picture, but there wasn't any in the apartment. I asked about it and never got any reply.

  Short easy to navigate walk to main tram stop that takes you into the centre, easy to use. we had a day ticket so hop on and off as we wished.

  The flat was well-appointed, and easy to access. Parking was easy to find on the road. I can't really comment on how well located it is, as we arrived late at night and left first thing in the morning.

  Place was newly updated with appliances and furniture. Very tastefully done and functional. Very close to an excellent Bakery (Boulangerie Keil) – a huge bonus! Place looked clean. Beds were comfortable. Definitely would stay there again.

  WiFi was not working – temporary issue that was revealed once on property.
  Courtyard did not have trash receptacle as described in the instructions – maybe it was a trash day and was out for pickup?
