Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name of this place, I thought someone had just mashed together every possible search keyword they could think of. But honestly? This little F2 apartment on Passage Clara Malraux actually delivers on most of those promises, which sort of surprised me.
The location is what really got me. You’re literally in the heart of Strasbourg’s center, but tucked away on this quiet pedestrian passage that most tourists probably walk right past without noticing. I mean, you can walk to the cathedral in maybe eight minutes, and the Petite France district is right there too, but you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of tour groups outside your window. The free parking thing – yeah, that’s legit and honestly a godsend because anyone who’s tried to park in central Strasbourg knows it’s usually a nightmare. There’s this little garage situation that comes with the apartment, and in a city where hotel parking can run you 20+ euros a night, that alone makes the place worth considering.
The apartment itself has this modern, clean-lined feel that screams “recently renovated.” The kitchen’s actually functional – I’m talking full-size fridge, decent cooktop, enough counter space to make a proper breakfast if you want to skip the €15 hotel buffet routine. The terrace is small but it catches the afternoon sun perfectly, and you know what? Sometimes that’s all you need after a day of walking around the old town. The whole place feels more spacious than typical European city accommodations, though the bathroom’s on the compact side (but then again, when isn’t it in these old city centers?). What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – that pedestrian passage means no cars rumbling by at 6 AM, just the occasional early dog walker.
The 8.7 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed there. It’s not luxury – this is solidly in that sweet spot between budget cramped and unnecessarily fancy. The check-in process was surprisingly smooth for an apartment rental, and the host actually responded to messages quickly, which, let’s be real, doesn’t always happen. You’re within easy walking distance of those little Alsatian restaurants along Rue des Tonneliers, and if you want to grab groceries, there’s a Monoprix literally around the corner. The tram stops nearby too, so getting to the European Parliament or the train station is pretty straightforward. I’d probably stay here again, especially if I was planning to spend more than just a quick weekend in the city – having that kitchen and the extra space makes a difference when you’re not just rushing between tourist sites.

the location is very good. The apartment is located next to a shopping centre with a large super market. parking spot in the underground garaage is included. The apartment is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and responds very fast.
What could be improved: the sofa bed is too soft 🙁Superb – Andrei-mihai from Germany – 17 June 2025 (9/10)
Cozy apartment located right above a small shopping mall which is very convenient.
Apartment was clean with everything you might want for your stay. The host prepared the apartment with care and is clearly interested that you'd have a nice stay.
While the check-in process can be a bit complicated if you're using the parking facilities, the host did provide very clear instructions via photos and videos before arrival.
What could be improved: Unfortunately during the evening the hot water did not work for some reason. We've tried to troubleshoot it together with the host via messaging but we couldn't get it working. The next morning it worked perfectly fine and I'm sure the host will check this issue.Very good – Davinia from Czech Republic – 12 June 2025 (9/10)
The apartment had everything we were hoping for (well equipped kitchen and bathroom). It was also very clean and tidied and the size was good. The location was also excellent, very close to the center and any amenities we needed for our trip.
