Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France, you immediately get that this isn’t your typical hotel experience — and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it work so well. This three-star property sits right on rue de Wasselonne, which puts you smack in the middle of one of Strasbourg‘s most charming neighborhoods. I mean, when couples are rating the location 8.5 out of 10, you know you’re onto something good. The building itself has that clean, modern aparthotel vibe without being sterile, and there’s something reassuring about having your own little space rather than just a standard hotel room.

The Petite France Advantage

You know what’s brilliant about staying here? You’re literally in the top-rated area of Strasbourg — I’m talking about a location score of 8.6, which is pretty exceptional. Petite France is where all those postcard-perfect half-timbered houses line the canals, and you can actually walk to the historic covered bridges in about five minutes. The European Parliament is close enough if you’re here on business, but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re stuck in a government district. Plus, being on rue de Wasselonne means you’ve got easy access to the tram system, which honestly makes getting around the city a breeze.

Your Space

The apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from regular hotels. Each unit comes with a proper kitchenette — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking facilities where you can prepare a decent meal. The living areas are surprisingly spacious, and I love that you can spread out a bit instead of being cramped into a single room. The décor is modern and functional without trying too hard to be trendy, which actually ages better than places that go overboard with design concepts.

Practical Perks

Let’s talk about the stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. There’s parking available on-site, which — trust me — is a huge deal in Strasbourg’s city center where finding a spot can be a nightmare. The breakfast setup offers both continental and buffet options, so whether you want something quick or you’re the type who likes to load up for the day, you’re covered. The restaurant situation is solid, though honestly, with that kitchenette and the incredible local markets nearby, you might find yourself cooking more than you expected.

Why Guests Love It

What keeps people coming back is that perfect balance between independence and service. You get the freedom of having your own space — which is especially great for longer stays or if you’re traveling with family — but you still have hotel amenities when you need them. The location really can’t be beat if you want to experience authentic Strasbourg while staying somewhere that feels like a temporary home rather than just a place to sleep. With an 8.1 rating, it’s clear that most guests leave pretty satisfied, and I think it comes down to the fact that this place delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense.

Reviews of Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France

  • Great – Simon from Switzerland – 21 July 2025 (9/10)

We arrived early and were allowed to enter the spacious, comfortable and clean room earlier. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Quiet, but very close to public transportation to get the old town quickly.

  • Good Hotel with Great Location – Nick_hodge from United Kingdom – 14 July 2025 (9/10)

Nice International type hotel, clean comfortable with charged underground parking for cars and motorcycles (15EUR per day 2025). The best part was the location, outside of the bustle but in easy walking distance to the station and Petit le France (The picturesque old town of Strasbourg

  • Superb – Traveling from United States – 5 July 2025 (9/10)

During the heatwave I appricated the AC. The space was big enough for me and tidy. The kitchen was very clean and had all the basic equipment. You could even borrow things like an expresso machine downstairs. The staff was very kind. Overall it was a lovely and peaceful stay.

  • Very good – Dr from Saudi Arabia – 27 June 2025 (8/10)

    Every thing

    What could be improved: Nothing

  • Lovely people in a lovely city (what else!) – Rdj from United Kingdom – 2 June 2025 (9/10)

Extremely friendly staff, very nice breakfast, handy kitchen, comfortable beds and quiet room, reasonable walking distance to the Cathedral (20 minutes)

What could be improved: Nothing to complain about

  • A well-located hotel with kitchenette, & friendly, professional staff, made for a comfortable stay. – Kerry from Australia – 2 June 2025 (9/10)

I liked the separation of the bathroom from the sleeping and kitchen area, and appreciated having a proper wardrobe.
Everything was clean and cared for.
The location of the hotel, near the Museum of Contemporary Arts, and also near the station was helpful. It was a walkable distance from the station plus there was an excellent tram & bus system nearby.

The staff were friendly and polite at the best of times, but they really showed their professionalism and willingness to go beyond normal expectations when my partner had a medical episode in our room on our first morning. The reception and house staff rallied and carried out basic First Aid while we waited for an ambulance. We'd like to commend their actions and thank them profoundly. Due to my stress at the time I'm not sure how many helped but Patricia and Samilia were amongst those who calmly took the situation into hand, along with the manager who helped with translations. Many thanks everyone.

What could be improved: The kitchenette/dining area was a little limited in space if we wanted to cook or eat in our room.
Also, the shower head was so high and maladjusted that it had to be hand-held or else would have sprayed the whole room.
    Otherwise everything was perfect.

  • Excellent base to explore Strasbourg – Marc from United Kingdom – 24 May 2025 (9/10)

Friendly staff, relaxed friendly atmosphere, clean room, good mattress, quiet, good location

  • Yes chose this one excellent comfort and value – Rachel from United Kingdom – 11 May 2025 (9/10)

Everything! Comfortable room with kitchenette, friendly and helpful staff. Well thought out communal space including laundry, lockers for stored luggage, seating area, extra equipment toys etc to borrow.

What could be improved: Slightly nearer the historic area would be nice but it is a pretty good location near transport and a supermarket. Pillows are not great but being picky.

  • Will definitely recommend and return if construction work finishes – Tomer from Israel – 10 May 2025 (8/10)

The location and distance from the center and the room was good

What could be improved: Construction work right next to the hotel, woke us up early and kept us from sleeping late
